Lauren is passionate about helping clients better understand their emotions, strengthen relationships, and develop effective coping strategies to navigate life with greater confidence and balance. Lauren works with teens and adults to support:

Lauren lives in Marshall with her husband, daughter and pets! Outside of work, she enjoys exploring local businesses, reading and spending quality time with her friends and family.
