Lauren has experience working in high schools as a school counselor.  She understands the challenges girls face such as anxiety, depression, family and friend stress.  Lauren is passionate about helping girls to understand themselves better and empowering them to live their best lives.

In today’s world, girls and teens often feel the pressures of society, which can negatively impact their mental health.  Lauren strives to help her clients create goals, overcome obstacles and work to create a healthy mindset.  Her style embraces compassion, empathy, and connectedness.  She believes that counseling can truly enrich an individual’s health and well-being and allow for a better understanding of self and others.

Lauren lives in Warrenton with her husband and her two dogs.  On the weekends she enjoys exploring local businesses, reading, camping and spending time with her family.
